I VINI
Agli inizi degli anni '90, dietro la guida esperta di un viticoltore locale, si iniziò con passione a produrre vino per il consumo familiare e per la gioia di amici e parenti.
Visti irisultati si aggiunsero altri vigneti, tutti bene esposti ai raggi del sole e con un terreno fevorevole a produzioni di qualità.
Un'accurata selezione nei lavori del vigneto fa si che la vinificazione delle uve in una vecchia cantina, dotata però di moderne tecnologie, preservi nei vini i profumi ed i sapori del mosto appena piagiato

WINES
At the beginning of the '90s under the expert guidance of a local wine-producer we enthusiastically began to make our own wine for
family consumption much to the joy of family and friends.
The results were so flattering and and the demand ever-growing that further vine-yards,all with perfect sun exposition and soil quality were
acquired. The work in the vine-yard was given special attention and the harvest rigorously selected ,resulting in the perfect
trasformation in the original old wine sellar of the house equipped with the best modern tecnology,of the grapes into wines which preserve
the bouquet of the pure,freshly pressed must.

LE MANDOLE
In questo angolo del Monferrato il microclima è favorevole alla coltivazione di mandorle: tra la fine di febbraio e i primi giorni di marzo un profumo intenso si diffonde nell'aria in prossimità dei frutteti. I frutti vengono raccolti a mano prima che cadano: cosa indispensabile perchè i gusci rimangano puliti senza trattamenti sbiancanti, poi asciugati al sole in modo naturale, infine confezionati senza conservanti

ALMONDS
In this splendid and yet little corner of the Monferrato the mild micro-clima the cultivation of almonds. As early as Febbruary the blossoms
spread their intense perfume over the the almond fields and the winter silence is broken by the bees that busy themselves around the blooms
whilst the still winter steeped ground beneath is gradually covered by a delicate mantle of petals.
